In addition, Massey provides its Members with two Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) that allow them to set aside money, on a pre-tax basis, for eligible health care and dependent care expenses they pay for out of their own pocket.
Health Care Spending Account
With the Health Care Spending Account, Members can set money aside from their paycheck, before most taxes are taken out, to use for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses that are not paid for by their benefit plans.
Dependent Care Spending Account
The Dependent Care Spending Account lets Members put aside pre-tax dollars for day care and dependent care expenses for eligible children and adults.
